Yiling Pump Passes Annual ISO 9001 Quality System Review
Yiling Pump has successfully passed the annual ISO 9001 quality management system review by a third-party certification body. The audit covered the entire process from design and development, procurement, production, inspection to delivery, with all indicators meeting standard requirements.
Core quality practices: Incoming quality control (IQC) — all raw materials are verified with material reports and sampling tests, with dual-supplier backup for key components such as diaphragms, pump tubes and seals.
In-process quality control (IPQC) — multiple inspection stations on the production line, with 100% traceable records of machining dimensions, welding quality and assembly torque.
Final quality control (FQC) — every pump undergoes no less than 30 minutes of no-load and load testing before leaving the factory. Pneumatic pumps are tested for air tightness and pressure resistance individually, with data archived for at least 5 years.
The effective operation of the quality system keeps our factory high pass rate with continuously declining complaint rates. We will continue investing in testing equipment and personnel training.
