New Production Base Put into Operation, Capacity Up 50%

After six months of planning and construction, Yiling Pump's new production base in Jiading, Shanghai is officially in operation. With CNC machining centers and automated assembly lines, overall capacity has increased by 50%, and standard product lead time has been shortened to 7 days.

Three major upgrades: Machining capability — 4 new five-axis CNC machining centers improve pump body precision to ±0.01mm, significantly improving volumetric efficiency and operational stability.

Assembly process — the assembly line has been reorganized by product family, with dedicated lines for pneumatic slurry pumps and micro diaphragm pumps, shortening the assembly cycle by 30%.

Testing capability — 6 new performance test benches simulate full working conditions of 0-1.0MPa air supply and various media viscosities, with test data automatically recorded in the MES system.

The new production base lays a solid foundation for 2026 capacity planning, enabling faster delivery and more stable quality for global customers.
